		<description>Mobility problems?  Then look into the problems of retrofitting.  Look at the al Khalid MBT of the Pakistan Army = Chinese tank with foreign transmission, engine and weapon system!  Most of the tanks of Mid Eastern armies are Norinco export models!  That is the way to go perhaps?
Well we wanted to be one up.  Fast tank!  More attractive perhaps since the supplier&#039;s country is about to join NATO leaving the Warsaw Pact?
